By accessing and using rptechnj.com and any related RP Tech Services microsite or landing page, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, and disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within this site.

Service engagements

This site is a marketing and informational resource. Any business relationship between you and RP Tech Services is governed by a separate, signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). In the event of a conflict between information on this site and a signed MSA or SOW, the MSA or SOW controls.

Service terms, pricing, scope, service-level agreements, confidentiality obligations, and liability limits are defined in the MSA and SOW only. Statements made on this site regarding services, pricing, uptime guarantees, or response times are general descriptions and do not constitute binding commitments unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

To enter into a service engagement with RP Tech Services, you must provide accurate contact information, agree to our service terms, and execute a binding MSA. All engagements are subject to approval by RP Tech Services management.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of RP Tech Services or is used under license. This includes the RP Tech Services name, logo, and branding elements. Unauthorized use of any of these materials is prohibited.

Governing law

For residents and businesses in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and other states north of the Mason-Dixon line, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey.

For residents and businesses in Florida, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the county in which RP Tech Services' Florida office is located.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RP Tech Services regarding the use of this site.
